A Sound Advantage Sunset Cruise Terms & Conditions

These cruises are organized by AdTonos, a trading name (dba) of Radio Net Media Limited, a UK-based company.

1. AdTonos reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the cruise at any time without notice due to weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. All guests must follow the instructions and safety directions of the skipper and crew at all times.
3. Participation is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. AdTonos assumes no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the cruise.
4. Guests must not bring any illegal substances, harmful objects, or engage in unsafe behavior while on board.
5. AdTonos reserves the right to refuse boarding to any guest who appears to be under the influence of drugs or excessively intoxicated with alcohol.
6. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend the cruise.
7. All guests are required to wear an official AdTonos wristband, provided before boarding, as a condition of entry.
8. These terms and conditions may be subject to change. If any changes occur, guests will be notified and must confirm their acceptance at least 24 hours before their cruise date in order to retain their spot.
9. By requesting a spot, guests agree to these terms and understand that space is limited and not guaranteed until confirmed by the AdTonos team.
