Customer Support Manager

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 GBP

Location: Remote or London (Holborn)

Start date: July 2022

You will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new publishers, including leading product education and migration milestones
  • Providing recommendations to advertisers around campaigns and data
  • Responding to technical requests from customers through our different channels
  • Working closely with support on managing and resolving support tickets
  • Have a basic knowledge of numerical marketing metrics or be willing to learn
  • Documenting knowledge in the form of product notes, technical articles etc.
  • Effectively prioritising work across multiple clients and internal teams
  • Champion internal knowledge sharing with internal teams as well as the clients
  • Developing tools that will help in diagnosing and resolving usability issues and providing recommendations

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Open mind and attention to the detail – you match the dots no one else can even see
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Any other European language is a plus e.g., Polish

Other:

  • AdTech knowledge
  • Smart-speakers knowledge
  • Agile / Lean / Scrum / Kanban
  • Prior experience working in a start-up
  • Previous experience in marketing or advertising
  • Previous experience in an ad-tech startup is a plus
  • JSON language basic knowledge
  • Business process modelling (flow maps) software experience
