Content Marketing Specialist

As the Content Marketing Specialist, you will report directly to the CMO and work closely with the VP of Product, Marketing Managers, Sales team and PR agency. You will be responsible for producing educational and customer-centric content across a range of formats and channels to expand the company’s brand awareness in order to support marketing and sales as the business grows its product suite in UK & Ireland, EMEA, N. America and LATAM. You will also assist with product and feature launches across cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, client success, partnership, sales) creating all the content that the business needs to bring new products to the market.

Content Marketing Specialist

Salary: 35,000 – 42,000 GBP

Location: London (Holborn) or Gdynia (PPNT), currently remote

Earliest start date: I Q 2022

You will be responsible for

  • Map out content strategies that support and extend marketing activities. Manage the editorial workflow as well.
  • Develop impactful content for a wide range of marketing channels and sales formats, including articles, blogs, webinars, workshops, award entries, video/animation, infographics, case studies, market research and reports, whitepapers, testimonials, presentations, press releases, newsletters.
  • Manage the company’s websites and landing pages
  • Edit, proofread, leverage, and repurpose existing content to increase the audience reach and brand visibility.
  • Manage the use of content suite, monitoring engagement and developing strategies to meet lead generation targets via content.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content and performance.
  • Partner with external organizations to design and produce high-quality content e.g research agencies, IAB UK, IAB Europe and other partners.
  • Scheduling online events, marketing communication and execution – e.g online conferences, lives, webinars.

Requirements

  • Best-in-class writing to B2B standards and understanding of information architecture, design, hierarchy.
  • Proven experience of creating content, 3+ years.
  • Experience and ability to craft content for a range of online and offline channels and mediums including website, social, email, PowerPoint, print etc.
  • Creative and proactive with ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using website CMS (WordPress is essential), social platforms, Mailchimp, Google analytics.
  • Good understanding of digital technology and publishing trends.
  • Ability to keep numerous concurrent deadlines.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Ability to make insight-led recommendations to continuously improve our marketing communication.
  • Very high level proficiency in English spelling and grammar.
  • Any other European language is a plus.
