Partnerships Account Manager

This role is responsible for supporting and helping the VP of Strategic Partnerships to manage our partners across Radio/Streaming, Podcasts, Gaming and other audio channels. It requires someone who is resilient, agile and can shine in a fast-paced business.

Through a consultative approach and strong customer liaison, you will help publishers to maximise their revenue potential and support them through excellent customer service.

You will be knowledgeable about audio generally and ideally understand all the audio channels of music streaming, podcasting and gaming. Have an understanding of the programmatic landscape. 

You will collaborate with Sales, Tech Development and Ad operations to deliver value for our publishers and partners and be a competent multi- tasker.

As well as a support role, it is strategic, technical and proactive, and is an ideal role for someone who is client facing, analytical, results driven and knowledgeable in ad sales.

Salary: 45,000 – 50,000 GBP per annum

Location: Remote or London (Holborn)

Available start date: As Soon as Possible

What you’ll be doing…

  • Day-to-day responsibility of managing key publishers.
  • Optimise, track and analyse performance via internal and external systems and data visualisation tools.  Use original thought analysis and understanding of the platform to discover opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Analyse inventory opportunities and help manage optimisations of inventory and sell through rates.
  • Demonstrate your knowledge for the digital advertising and programmatic industry and apply that expertise to building deeper client relationships.
  • Maintain active dialogue with clients via email, video meets and face to face.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and meet account goals. 

 It will be important that you:

  • Have the ability to absorb technical and commercial information.
  • Be good at prioritisation and decision-making.
  • Be both analytical and creative in problem solving.

  • You’ll communicate and work with the commercial and technology teams based in Europe and US
  • All third-party publishers
  • Digital advertising operations
  • Commercial Sales
  • Marketing

Skills

  • Uses Excel to at least intermediate level, and good competency in PowerPoint and Google tools
  • A good understanding of digital audio
  • Experience in the programmatic and ad tech space.
  • Experience working in digital or audio advertising
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the audio and advertising industry.
  • A detailed and analytical approach to problem solving and trouble-shooting.
  • Ability to set and work to self-imposed deadlines as well as those given by others.
  • Have a flexible and positive attitude as our clients and partners are global in different cultures
