Salary: 48,000 – 55,200 GBP

Location: Remote or London (Holborn)

As the Voice UX Designer you will report directly to the VP of Product and work very closely with the sales and management team. You will be our expert in a proper voice interaction listener experience working with our advertisers and publishers to ensure brand safety. The role combines aspects of technical acumen and effective communication for different types of brands and creative ideas.

You will be responsible for:

• Design natural, call-to-action driven voice interactions between the listener and Alexa or Google Assistant
• Design and develop text scenarios, storyboards, flow maps, phrase maps
• Collaborate with voice-over artists and our internal audio studio
• Recommend the best interaction paths to our advertisers
• Provide advice, recommendations and inspire the team to address new opportunities in voice interaction product development
• You will have a key role in our machine-learning audio solution development
• Have a basic knowledge of numerical marketing performance metrics or be willing to learn

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level
• Psychology enthusiast, some practical knowledge is very welcome
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
• Open mind and attention to the detail – you match the dots no one else can even see
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Any other European language is a plus
• Experience in computational linguistics / natural language processing is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in marketing or advertising
• Previous experience in an ad-tech startup is a plus
• JSON language basic knowledge
• Business process modelling (flow maps) software experience
